Cecilia Nwakpuda is AMAZING. I had a doctor's appointment with her yesterday. The doctors office is so clean, carrying and professional. I had no idea it is a community health center. I would have never guessed, especially with the level of care I received. I also wanted to mention the radiology department and the hematology lab. The technician took xrays was amazing quickly and thorough and is nice and cats about his patients. The lab can take your blood and it doesn't even hurt. Sadly MHC falls far below an average rating! It is a miracle if anyone listens or does more than a slipshod evaluation. ALWAYS incorrect diagnosis. GO elsewhere. I have and best move I ever made!
They were great a few years ago. Now, they’re a mess. Everything is blamed on their “new computer system.” Things started declining, with poor organization, confusion, and errors way before the new system. I’ve been with them for years, but am now washing my hands of them. They’ve just declined so much. I’m very disappointed with them.
