I’ve been a patient here for a while, but my primary care provider left and I was assigned a new one. What a disappointment. The level of care is deplorable and I would not recommend going here for healthcare. They won’t listen to your concerns and they will not treat your symptoms. I was a Respiratory Therapist for nearly twenty years, I know healthcare and this is not that.
I’ve been a patient here for about 7 years, and unfortunately the quality of care has gone downhill in the past year. While I’ve had some excellent providers (Dr. Babutha Bijin and NP Rachael Heath were both amazing), they left the office, as did several others. It feels like there is a constant turnover of doctors and nurse practitioners, which makes continuity of care nearly impossible. MHC goes down as the worst healthcare provider I’ve ever encountered. Greg Cook failed to safeguard me and provide basic and sound medical advice. The fallout for me has been devastating. Why didn’t he simply advise me to get RSV and pneumococcal vaccines when it was apparent I had asthma? The consequence of contracting RSV with a pre-existing condition of asthma is devastating.
