Had RV work done. Only needed to replace a heat sensor on the engine. It broke it off when the mechanic was taking it off. He then had to pull the manifold off to retap where the sensor screws in. At $193 per hour, i was billed for all this time (13 hours total). I have Good Sam extended warranty and was told by them to have MHC service manager call them for an authorization number. Excellent service – highly recommended! I was traveling through the USA with my German Ford campervan and encountered a problem with an electronic fault indicator and coolant leak in Memphis. Spent $4,200 on a repair, did not fix issue. Took 2 weeks longer than promised, had to take care back after fix because they did not test and they said I needed $2,000 more in repairs or car will critically fail. Took car to second shop and second shop said the second repair was not needed and showed me why.
