I was promised a "free estimate" for a transmission leak on my RV, but my experience with Pat was a complete nightmare. I was charged $233 for what was billed as an hour of labor—a job that only took a few minutes—just to confirm what I had already told them. Service here is a joke. They wouldn't work with my warranty company after several attempts to get them to call or answer the phone when the warranty company called. Makes me think they are price gouging or doing work "under the table" On top of that since they wouldn't work with my warranty company, I didn't want to pay them up front and wait for reimbursement as I saw someone else's review where they are having issues to get reimbursed since the shop is not cooperating with providing information. Unfortunately, the repair was going to cost more than the vehicle was worth, however, they were very nice to give us time to find someone that would buy it and have it towed away. Wish we could have figured out a fix but at least it is going to a good home for a 2nd life.

Had RV work done. Only needed to replace a heat sensor on the engine. It broke it off when the mechanic was taking it off. He then had to pull the manifold off to retap where the sensor screws in. At $193 per hour, i was billed for all this time (13 hours total). I have Good Sam extended warranty and was told by them to have MHC service manager call them for an authorization number. I told the MHC manager to call them and he said he would. He never called and now I'm having trouble getting $3200 reimbursement. Will not go ba... read more
