Kevin's *complicated* water heater install demanded patience and brilliance. It was awesome. He was also careful with closet door removal and setting it aside while he worked. He carted off all pieces and cleaned up afterwards. Five stars! Thanks.
This company has it all: amazing customer service and highly knowledgeable technicians. Elijah came out and provided a solution to my evaporative cooler issue. He was extremely professional and explained in detail what the problem was. I was able to get a same-day appointment. Thank you! I highly recommend this company for all your cooling needs!
MGP Mechanical came out to service my HVAC and flush my hot water heater. Everything from scheduling, arrival and work went so smoothly. My service technician, Elijah was punctual, knew exactly what he was to do, respectful to my property and was pleasant. He did his work in the timeframe he said he would and cleaned up before he left. I would absolutely recommend this company and plan on having them as my source for any HVAC/Plumbing needs that I may have.
Without a doubt an amazing HVAC company that responded even quicker than what we had scheduled! Shoutout to Elijah for explaining the plan to fix my issue and being overall very kind and profesional! If I ever have another HVAC issue again, I will 100% be returning to MGP Mechanical.
MGP is a great service company. I appreciate that the same technician, Kevin, comes to our house. He is familiar with our system and is a great problem solver and very courteous. I highly recommend them.
