Hi my name is Dorothy I've lived at Glenwood Manor since 2015 and I live it. There always negative comments but since I've lived here I cant complain past nor present. The new office manager Ms. Nikki and asst Ms. Nina I love them very professional at all times handle any of my maintenance concerns in a timely manner and thou they may be short on maintenance the job gets done
horrible to live at.Had nothing but issues here.Cracks broken windows,Mold all over and the charge you for all the mold removale it says it on the lease.Below zero downstairs in the winter hot as ever upstairs.
They do not care about you! They came out of no where saying you have an outrageous late fee when I was never notified. They said they left papers taped to door. But you can’t call?? I never got 1 paper but the lady sure did call me a liar! Don’t EVER rent here
This is a bad place to live.We had nothing but uncaring rude office mangement since Jackie the property mangers and Roberta came in.Fire coming out of our outlets.You couldnt pull alot of stuff.Getting accused for our apartment getting broken into.Getting accused for anything like an every day issue. Making us pay more than what we own.Messing with our rental history by charging us mistakes used to file evictions once it got filed then the mistake was corrected.Plus the furnace is upstairs means regardless you still freeze d... read more
