Do NOT rent from this place. Neighbors are extremely petty about noise, (the heavy doors slamming tv playing etc) Management very clearly is only motivated by money, very biased and shows favoritism towards older white tenants. Very poor security and maintenance. Only cares about you paying rent on time but can’t fix anything on time. Horrible hostile environment rent elsewhere if possible.
They don't care about there renters at all.
Lived here for little over 5 years. Security doors are constantly broken. No “secured” entrance, management doesn’t care about you personally just cares bout money. No garages ever available. I try to work with this place but all they can say is sorry , fix nothing but will make sure you pay on time. Can’t wait to move.
I thought this would be a good experience living here especially since I mind my business. I go to work and come home everyday, and I NEVER try to get to know my neighbors because I don't trust people and besides that I know my surroundings and there are not many people like me here in St.Cloud.
