I've had an extremely disappointing experience with MGM property management Crown commons apartments . For three weeks, I've lived in 85-degree heat due to a broken AC, despite multiple complaints and assurances that a part was "ordered." Three weeks later, I was told it would take another 1-2 weeks. Additionally, promises to replace the kitchen slab and bathroom cupboards were never fulfilled, and the apartment was not cleaned before move-in, contrary to what was promised.
