I've had an extremely disappointing experience with MGM property management Crown commons apartments . For three weeks, I've lived in 85-degree heat due to a broken AC, despite multiple complaints and assurances that a part was "ordered." Three weeks later, I was told it would take another 1-2 weeks. Additionally, promises to replace the kitchen slab and bathroom cupboards were never fulfilled, and the apartment was not cleaned before move-in, contrary to what was promised. Haven't had working AC in the nearly two months I've lived here. Management tells me they are "waiting on a quote from a contractor." I've been told nothing else for the last eight days. The unit I am in is actually really nice and I enjoyed it a lot before it got hot and realized my AC doesn't work. Management does not seem to take repairs seriously. If you can find a different company you're probably off, my experience with MGM property has been very bad.
Do NOT rent from this place. Neighbors are extremely petty about noise, (the heavy doors slamming tv playing etc) Management very clearly is only motivated by money, very biased and shows favoritism towards older white tenants. Very poor security and maintenance. Only cares about you paying rent on time but can’t fix anything on time. Horrible hostile environment rent elsewhere if possible.
