Fantastic company to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and user friendly. David and Rich were great to work with. This was the smoothest refinance we have ever done. All the rates and payments that were discussed over the phone were exactly as presented on paper. Notaries were sent to our home with our paperwork, telephone contact and updates were forthcoming and informative. They worked with us all the way to the finish line. They stayed on top of everything. Definitely would use them again and highly recommend them.

Their refinance rates were very low, and they did not require escrowing of tax and insurance for an LTV ratio of 80%. They are not just a broker but the actual lender - no nonsense and good service. I closed in under a month and it would have been faster but for our solar lease, which added a few more days while they waited for the necessary approval from the solar company.
