Truthfully, I would avoid with all costs. Inquired about a pre approval- At first the gentleman I spoke with was so helpful and easy to deal with- replied almost instantly! As a month and a half went by he completely stopped answering me. The last update I received from him stated we should have an answer in a day or two .
