American financial and American car center you can't get a hold of them to make a payment there call center needs a lot of improvement
I just went through three frustrating months attempting to refinance my house with this company. Last month they set up more than three different closing/signing days and times for me. During this my house payment was due. They instructed me not to pay it due to soon closing date. I passed my grace ****** and now my credit score is jacked. I ended up signing said closing papers over a week ago, first of Oct, they reached out to me 10 days later to inform me that my loan was not funded due to late payment in September!!! Despite being contacted multiple times to stop unsolicited mailings, this business does not respect requests to be added to DO NOT MAIL LISTS in accordance with Federal Law.
Great service with a very knowledgeable staff. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Process took less than three weeks, from start to finish. Veterans, please check these guys before you start your refinance process, you won't be disappointed.
