Excellent customer service. Purchasing a home in this market can be very stressful but they were efficient, processed all the paperwork needed in a timely fashion and their **************** was above & beyond!!! American Financial was referred to my wife and I by a friend. As a first time buyers. We don't have to much of inside of the stressful and complicated process of buying a house. But our counselor from American Financial guide us through the process. The whole team where there for us. And make this experience less stressful. I had a card sent to me and decided to work with them and after getting all my information and paying the appraisal fee they just disappeared. I was suppose to have an answered by March of 28 of 2022 and I still been waiting for a call back as I have left multiple calls,voice-mail, emails. To the avail, I still have received even any notice of if I was approved or anything else was needed. Now it's April 12, 2022. We weren't just a simple refi as we too, chose to defer payments because of COVID reasons. Our current lender worked with us but ultimately said they couldn't save us any money. Then I saw the AFN card come in the mail. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our experience with ************************ and the team who facilitated our refinance. Very happy with the process. My loan officer,Pay, was excellent. She held our hand through the entire process and definitely went over and above. She even called to check in after we signed the loan documents on Saturday morning. We completed a cash out refinance,and our cash out check was mailed next day, after the loan was funded. They also cut checks for us to send directly to a few credit cards we were able to pay off. Extremely happy with AFN and the entire process. I would highly recommend.
