I have had MGM windows put in my home by American Best Choice Windows and love them! Our sunroom is gorgeous, we have had several hard rains and no leaks. We have Champion windows in our house and it was evident immediately that the MGM windows was a better quality. The customer service was and professional manner of contractors was fantastic. These windows were manufactured like crap there must not be any quality control.i have 34 6010 single hung windows in my house and they all leak air on the top corners where the sliding sash was cut to operate it, the weather stripping was cut leaving holes to the outside, the bottom of the sash has a bulb weather strip that was cut so bad the air leaks in there also. I was told by Randy that is passes your manufacturing standards according to some AAMA standards, what a joke, I guess your standards are to make cheap windows... read more

Double hung southern rose 3x3 windows. The company does not stand behind their product. Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience with an entire lot of windows in our home that is less than 4 years old. The entire house contains MGM's windows. We have 3 3'x3' windows and all of them have leaked during light to heavy rain. One was reinstalled by a professional contractor and has continued to leak. The previous owners of the home had issues with the windows too and had a contractor look and 'fix' them, but the problems return... read more

I have had issues with 3 windows leaking during light to hard rain that are less than 4 years old. The company fails to admit any fault in their product since I am the second home owner (the windows are the original windows). Before knowing I was the second homeowner they wanted to blame the installation, but this is wrong since all the other MGM windows in the home do not leak and I have had one reinstalled by a professional contractor (on my dime and it still leaks).
