Kasey at MGM was so great and helpful!!!! She meet me the next day after coming in the store to pick out bathroom counter tops plus measured the bathroom counters. She also fit our countertops in so we did not have to continue to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink. The countertops are so beautiful and they did such a great job!!!! Best purchase and product is great!!!
I shop around to 4 different places and I stop @ MGM and meet Christian, and he help me @ first but, I had to make sure that the quarts would fit my decor in my kitchen before I purchased the product. I was pleased with Christian help, with the final design I needed. So if you need counterstops stop by and see Christian Tarrant ☺️
Our experience with MGM Countertops was great! Ron was extremely patient with us as we had to wait for other renovation work to be done in our kitchen before we could decide on countertops and backsplash tile colors. Every time we went to the showroom to get more ideas we were treated wonderfully. When the time came to have the measurements done, Jorge was meticulous in his detail. We had a bad experience with this buisness. We bought a full slab of granite for our small kitchen. We wanted seamless counter tops. We waited over a month for our installation and when they came to install the granite they broke it. They then said they would have to put a seam in where they broke it. I told them no, I wouldn't be happy with a seam where they broke it, we bought and waited for seamless counter tops, we did not want seams, especially not where they broke it at. I wholeheartedly recommend MGM Countertops for quality of their products and workmanship, and for their customer service. We made the mistake of buying a sink/countertop/vanity combo from Home Depot, which was too small because we didn’t know what we were doing and shouldn’t have been buying without help.
