The vehicle had issues that I didn't want to deal with, but the staff was very professional and responded to all my questions. They delivered the truck to a diesel shop of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection without hesitation. MGI was efficient and up front about everything.

Customer service was great! The vehicle so far is doing good! As long as MGI files the paperwork to DMV on time they would have done a great job! But of course I have to wait! Until then I can give four stars.
I purchased a Porsche and had to spend an extra 1000 dollars on it the first week. Overall though I am very happy with the car. I am however still waiting for the dealer to send me a dealer placard for the back plate. The tags are expired and the dealer forgot to put one on.
