Misleading Advertising!! Will be billed as ER, not Urgent Care. Do not go for minor issues! I went to this “urgent care” for a small cut on my face (< 0.5 cm) in May 2026. Doctor cleaned with saline and put small steri-strip type bandage. No stitches or any complicated procedure. For this 5 minute visit, I was billed $2,700. Not sure how this is legal. Feels like criminal bait and switch.
Wait was pretty long (waited 2 hours, sign posted said wait was 1 hour, then an additional 1 hour getting care), but that was probably my fault for cutting my hand open on a Sunday morning. The nurses and doctor were great and I received an extremely satisfactory level of care. I probably would not return this urgent care due to the lack of appointments available and the wait, but all in all I can’t complain
