I’m a returning employee and love my experience coming back onboard with MGA Homecare Charlotte location. Everyone’s been great but Alexis, my recruiter has been nothing but PHENOMENAL and a pleasure to work with. She made it so much more relaxing, ease and amazing throughout the whole process. MGA has been such a great company to work for from day 1 when I previously started with the company back in 2022 and again now.
I have only been employed by MGA for a month now and have zero complaints about how they treat employees, clients and their caretakers. The office employees are friendly and helpful with any type of questions you may have and on top of that they have good benefits and have increased my pay greatly. Wish I had made the move sooner.
I am able to both work for and have my daughter cared for by nurses of MGA. So far our experiences have been outstanding. Great communication with the my scheduler as well as with the other nurses working with my daughter. Would highly recommend MGA!
