Came in because I had pain in my throat. Doctor came in didn’t test me proper for strep throat and then I’m going home. Couldn’t sleep that night with pain. Went to the urgent care located in Dearborn Heights on Warren and they tested me for strep and it turned out I was positive for strep and they gave me antibiotics. Stay away from this place. Doctors are not properly trained and the assistance. The assistant didn’t test me properly for strep throat
I will drive across town for this place love everybody here and I’ll never go anywhere else 😊
Just walked in, informed them that I was just in an accident and asked if they take my auto adjusters information and claim number to pay for treatment and the first lady said yeah but the other one said it would take over an hour and she doesn’t wanna do it and that I should just come out of pocket
I tried giving this place multiple chances and it was disappointment after disappointment. The last time I went there were two girls at the desk both of whom looked like teenagers that hated their lives. I signed in and they asked for my insurance and ID and had me fill out paperwork even tho I've been there several times before. They gave me my insurance back to tell me it's inactive and I'd have to pay for my visit.
