**Terrible service.** I came here for an oil and filter change for my 2020 RAM diesel truck, and it was a complete disaster. The technician, Shafi, clearly lacked expertise and didn't even have the correct parts ready. To make matters worse, he tried to increase the price on me and ended up charging me **$220 instead of the agreed $180** for subpar work. He showed zero professional responsibility. I will definitely not be returning to this shop. Avoid this place!
