WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Sold me a car with bad shocks, took 2 weeks to fix. Kept getting different stories of why the car was not ready. Lost my car keys with house keys on them. No one will give me a call back. Filed a police report and now a complaint.
Not only did it take this car dealership 2 weeks to fix a car they sold my best friend with bad shocks, but they also lost her car keys with her house keys on them and no one will get back to her regarding her keys or who will be responsible for paying to have all the locks in her home changed. My Best friend may be nice and are giving these people the benefit of the doubt and will not write a negative review about them, but I will. Worst place on earth to get a car After a YEAR.. including COURT appearances, dealing with their slimy despicable conscience-less liers ( lawyers) … hope to get my goddamn title this Friday, in COURT! … bought car June 17 year of our lord 2022 !!!???? I think their scam , of many, is to try to get out of paying sales tax !!! My car broke down on way home from Dealership!!! Avoid MFT and ‘manager ripoff artist ‘ MOE NAJJAR… like almighty PLAGUES !!!!!!!!!! 💩🤬
MFT auction is amazing business. Great selection of cars. Amazing finance options and definitely a group of high quality individuals providing amazing customer service to their clients.. I found the vehicle I need at a reasonable price with ease. I highly recommend their lot for those in need of a vehicle.
Tried to sell me a car all busted up. Told me they would fix it for a $1,000 deposit. Left a deposit on a card. Owner calling me non stop to tell me the car is ready. Went back to pick up the car. It was in the same miserable shape as before. Told him I couldn't take a car in that condition. He tells me that his manager has to approve the refund.He is the owner of the business yet his manager needs to approve a refund. if you are from out of state, don't stop at MFT Cheatem Auto sales. If you're from Jersey be aware because they were probably trained, Tony Soprano crew. If you do buy a car cross out the section checked, "As Is". If they refuse to accept, run out the door
