MFK Construction was outstanding! We were in escrow on a property for sale and nearing our closing date, and had an emergency situation arise. We needed to replace a whole upper deck prior to the HOA allowing us to close our transaction. Since we are a full-service Real Estate team, we jumped on Yelp searching for a very specific trade. These guys are awesome!! Best quote we got for resurfacing and sealing our deck and their work is perfection. Not only were they punctual and polite, but they used the same products and procedures that the others wanted thousands more for. I can't say enough good things about MFK and their work. We will definitely use MFK Construction again and you should too!!

Beautiful new deck! MFK Construction & Maintenance did an excellent job replacing my entire deck, including a new front railing that is now up to code. The craftsmanship was top-notch and I will tell all my neighbors and Property Managers to use MFK for all construction projects. Thank you Mitch and your team.

MFK Construction recently finished a major project on our balcony, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, and the quality of their work is outstanding. They gave us accurate estimates on when they were going to be finished and completed the project in a timely manner. They were also very communicative on which days they were going to be onsite and which days they were waiting for city inspection. Thanks, MFK Construction!
