We'll so everyone knows, I'm no longer an employee of MFA, I have went full-time at my own company/business and let me tell ya I'm glad I did.. The Rolla Farmers Exchange ( MFA ) treats there employees terrible. As many know I was a manager at Wal-Mart for years and was over hundreds of employees and I never once cussed any of them like a dog or talked to my employees like the management does at MFA.. Lucily I recorded my conversation with the Assistant manager at MFA today and I promise it won't go unheard.
I was an employee at Rolla Farmers Exchange for 40 years. I started there when I was 19 in 1975 & was Counter Supervisor for several years. I have seen a lot of changes over the years. We were still getting feed off of rail cars until around 1980. We moved into the new store in the building next door in 1990. I worked for 6 managers during that time. Still had a seed cleaner until 1990. Worked with a lot of good employees. Had a lot of good customers over those years. Rolla Farmers Exchange was good to me.
I've always been very pleased with my propane service from these fine folks. Today more so than ever... even though they said they were backlogged with orders and it would probably be a couple days before they would get to my delivery, I had propane delivery TODAY. THANK YOU!!
Great place to shop! Great employees!
What do I like about this place hmm I guess to sum it up is not a darn thing! This place took my propane tank with 25 percent left in it said they'd reimburse me for what was left after I switched providers. After they had the tank they went back on their word. Talked to the manager said he'd call me back. waited two months finally got a hold of him and said nothing he could do. Was told twice mind you that I'd get paid back, never happened.
