Terrible to deal with. Repairs were done and after it was indicated that condo owners would not be charged, then they were. So, unit holders who did not put these issues in as insurance claims got screwed. But it is impossible to tell if MF double or triple charged the unit holders as they do not share valid information. Also, the issues may have stemmed from MF's long term lack of repair, and now they are simply charging this back to the unit holders.
