Founded in 2000, MF Property Management specializes in smaller buildings from Single family home and condos up to 40 unit apt. buildings. We cover Los Angeles, Koreatown, Echo Park, Silverlake, Highland Park, Pico Union, Burbank, Alvarado and East L.A. We have our own maintenance staff and work closely with owners to maximize their profits and minimize their problems. We pride ourselves on having a good relationship with the tenants, and we feel this makes a more profitable enterprise.

I’ve been in an MF Property managed building since August of 2022, and the experience has been amazing from the first call I made to them when inquiring about the apartment. I dealt mostly with Chloe, but have had other interactions as well with different team members, and it’s always been great. No matter what I needed, they were on it, and I truly felt cared for….
