This building is overpriced and poorly maintained. The trash shoot is constantly overflowing causing trash to spill out into the parking spots 90% of the time. When we moved in the cheapest lease was an 8 month lease and not a 12 month lease. We were assured the rent would not go up more than 1-2% as our fear was the rent would just be raised sooner.
