I've always had an excellent experience with Mezzio. Matt, Jamie and Anthony at the front desk greet you with a smile and get you processed quickly. When you're there for emissions or just a quick oil change, their waiting room is clean and comfortable. Mario is the lead tech and he knows his stuff, he'll diagnose that noise you're hearing with accuracy and get it fixed right the first time. I brought my car in for an oil change and asked for a thorough assessment of all work needing to be done. They did an awesome job on giving me a complete list and did a super job of scheduling and completing the work in accordance with my need for my car. Anthony kept me informed as the work was being done and quickly alerted me when something new was discovered. Jamie is super at providing transportation to and from the shop and they were very timely on when the work was to be completed. I highly recommend Mezzio!
I definitely recommend Mezzio Auto for both regular car maintenance and any kind of breakdown situation. The office staff is friendly and professional. They always try to accommodate your schedule as best they can. I have trusted Mezzio mechanics for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. The mechanics are highly trained and very knowledgeable.
We've been a regular at Mezzio for a few years now. Every interaction with them has been a pleasure. They stand behind their work and make me feel valued as a customer. Plus, I love being able to communicate with them by text, as my unpredictable work schedule can make it difficult to take a call during the day. My car has over 227k miles on it, and I feel with their help I can get her to 300k!
Mezzio's is one stop shopping for vehicle maintenance - they really do it all. I've been taking my vehicles here for the past three years. The staff is great, they use good quality parts and their pricing is very reasonable.
