This was my first time taking my car to Mezzio's Auto, I wish I had found them years ago! I have a car with 200K miles on it and because it is paid off, I am trying to nurse it along as best I can. I’ve been a customer of Mezzios for 25 years, and I can honestly say, The job is done right, the FIRST time!! Service is friendly and you’re consulted about everything before any work is done…NO surprises. Mario’s the best and he really goes the extra mile!! From oil changes to a complete transmission job on a 2019 Ford Escape, they’ve done it all for my cars. We have 5 vehicles in our family and all of them go to Mezzios. Trustworthy and Honest. I definitely recommend Mezzio Auto for both regular car maintenance and any kind of breakdown situation. The office staff is friendly and professional. They always try to accommodate your schedule as best they can. I have trusted Mezzio mechanics for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. The mechanics are highly trained and very knowledgeable.
I had my car towed to Mezzio after hours on the recommendation of the tow truck driver after I was hit by another vehicle. The team at Mezzio contacted me first thing the next morning and had already started a search for parts. Absolutely fantastic service! I brought in my car with some trepidation - I've had some bad experiences lately at other places - but Mezzio Auto Care was great. They diagnosed my issues quickly, set out the estimate clearly (along with options to meet my budget), and got my car done and back to me the next afternoon. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
