I really appreciated how responsive and thorough everyone was. They communicated clearly and texted me with updates throughout the process, which I loved. I've never had any problems with them. I've taken my car there several times, and they've always been very honest with me, always asking before doing anything. As a woman, I always suspect that places like that want to charge more because they think I don't understand anything, but I don't feel that way about them. Whenever I need a mechanic, my partner and I always go to Mezzio.

I had no intention of writing a review. I’ve had issues in the past with poor mechanics and managers who lie but, there are new mechanics and new managers so I decided to use them for emissions. I was sitting in the waiting room and it had nothing to do with my vehicle but, after the 3rd email requesting a review, here we are. A mechanic came in to talk to a manager. I went to Mezzio Auto for Emmision testing. I had just replced my vehicle's battery the week prior. I told them at the counter and went ahead and had my vehicle tested. It didn't pass. I needed to drive it a little more after the battery replacement. I returned to them this past week after driving out of state for Thanksgiving and passed emissions. Both my visits were about 30 minutes. The team at Mezzio Auto is friendly efficient and knowledgeable.

Always a great experience. I’ve had many maintenance services done. They are quick to answer any questions and are able to schedule appointments quickly (within a week of calling). The detailed report of future potential problems after any oil change is done as a courtesy and sent directly to me in a text. They are honest about what maintenance repairs are most important and should take priority. Highly recommend!!!
