He uses the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create an outstanding meal, what a pleasure to have him cook for you. What a team – Exceptional team under leadership of Chef John. He has put together a team of experts who make events memorable. The staff works smoothly, efficiently and really seem to enjoy each meal and event that is done by Mezaluna. Great food, excellent service! – The Mezzaluna team, lead by Chef John, really know how to make an dinner event special. They take care of all of the details, while you get to spend time with your guests. The food they prepare is beautifully plated, graciously served, and tastes fabulous. Lemon Pie to die for! – My husband and I are on the go with a high schooler and heading up two growing companies. Best Personal Chef – I hate to cook and my husband knows it. He gave me the most wonderful Christmas present ever by hiring Chef John Paulk of Mezzaluna! Every Monday Chef John comes to my home and prepares incredible meals for the week. He is so great to work with! He has an extensive menu to choose from or I offer up ideas of my own. What a party – My wife and I do lots of meal events over the course of a year. Some we do ourselves, some we cater and some we use a chef on site. Chef John is the best by far. The food is always delightful and interesting. Chef John's sparkling personality and sense of class also contributes to a wonderful event. Best of all, he and his team do all the work. Chef John and his team take entertaining to a whole new level.
