Food is good but the service and atmosphere is really needs to improved. Really!! I didn't felt that I am in a bistro with a good customer service. On my previous visit, staff took the plate I was still eating from and second time, they didn't even check on us to take the plates. Also, the comments made while doing payment was not so fancy and needed. It shows lack of professionalism from staff. It was clearly presented as they are not interested to have their customers again.
Mezbaan is of the best north Indian restaurants in the city in terms of flavours of every dish. The manager Jaggi was very courteous and professional and our server Manjot very fast and polite. In appetizers we loved the Samosa Chaat, and in main course our favourite curry is the Malai Kofta. Their rotis and naans are very soft and fluffy. Would totally recommend Mezbaan Indian Bistro to anyone craving authentic North Indian flavours.
Tried Mezbaan for the first time after reading that their butter chicken is supposedly one of the best in the city (In Ram's Food Reviews "Butter Chicken Odyssey"). Decor is much better than most Indian restaurants. Dining room was an 8/10 for cleanliness, bathroom a 7/10. I went to mezbaan Indian bistro . There is a girl name Robin . She was very helpful . I really love her exceptional service how she treated me like her family . I am very impressed . Ten stars for hers . Gogappas taste was very impressive . Ten stars for golgappas too . Pls try gogappas really amazing .
