PLATINUM BUILDING 45 CLARKE STREET SOUTHBANK, Dont think this buildning is good, Steam room been out of order since before Last Christmast and not been fixed, noise issue from the ceiling been report to the staff and apps since 17/05/2023 until now not been fixed, we can hear very noisy sound from our apt ceiling in the middle of midnight everyday, community Chat for the resident gone missing. Really not happy with the way the management solf the issue, no communication at all.

The worst building ever. Lifts are not working all the the time. Sometimes all the lifts are out of service and you can’t get in or out of your apt. Pipes are noisy. There is always cars sound passing in the motorway in the background. You can’t even open windows because of the noise. No sun.

Modern building and the 3 bedroom apartment was amazing. Simply stunning views!
