The acoustics are incredible! The staff are knowledgeable.
Heavenly music by the orchestra... memories of Louie Armstrong delightful. Glamorous venue.
A wonderful music hall fantastic acoustics and a wonderful organ. The only downer is an inadequate number of elevators resulting in long waits for patrons who cannot handle the stairs due to physical reasons. Since I have had that problem due to a knee that had to be replaced I believe I am justified in my comment. On the other hand my wife and I have had tickets to the Dallas Winds for many years and have also attended the Dallas Symphony partly because of this wonderful venue.
I had so much fun. The place is spectacular. Thanks for the experience! Video Games in concert is something I wanna see every year.

the sound is so good you can hear when some moron hasn't turned their phone off and they get a call and then they put it on vibrate and you can still hear the vibrating
