I went to apply for an apartment here and I was told to put a deposit of 1200,minus d rent.When asked why they said the system provided d information.I hv a 650 credit score,good rental history without oweing a single rent in my previous apartments, i felt discriminated ,cos I felt racism played a part . .
Mold infested dungeon! Don't get trapped! Before leasing demand mold Testing by a licensed mold inspector and watch them squirm! Laundry facility is a joke! The manager is a tyrant! They will violate your rights without thinking about it! They use illegal 3 days to vacate notice if they don't like you! Very corrupt organization!!
