Amazing staff! Always so patient with my boys & understanding! �
We were "Up North camping" for the weekend and our 1.5 year okd 115lb bull mastiff got hurt and needed stitches! We showed up to the clinic 30mins. Before they clised and they never batted an eye. And this was on a Saturday of 4th of July weekend. And We were so thankful for their extremely fair rates! Thanks again!!!
Called the after hours number due to my puppy ingesting rat poison, he wouldn’t answer his phone calls. 3 hours later he called back with a horrible attitude saying thanks for the wake up call, we told him we took our dog To traverse city he cocked Another attitude with me, we couldn’t risk waiting losing our puppy. Highly recommend Bay Area pet hospital, worth the drive and the staff is really friendly.
Thank you so much for your prompt service during are emergency. Alice’s the standard poodle puppy says thank you . They were there with the doors unlocked before we even got there . Very knowledgeable, treated my dog and I very well. Thank you again .
Wednesday was a very difficult day for me, I had to put my best friend down after being inseparable from each other for more then half my life. The staff at Meyer seemed very caring and understanding, one person even saw me outside of Meyer and hugged me and told me I did the right thing releasing her from her pain. That meant the world to me and they also sent a card with all their signatures. I appreciate all the staff that was there that day.
I am so very happy with the Dr. Nelson and Dr. Meyer and their staff.. My Murphy w as hit by a car Friday night and taken there. Dr. Nelson was so wonderful with me I was so worried about Murphy and she was very thorough with her assessment at the time.. I did not have much money and she gave me direction on what to look for and when to bring him back in if needed.
