Horrible. Don't even think of booking a vacation with these people. They will not honor trip cancellation insurance. Absolute crooks.

We are proud to offer optional travel insurance with a reliable vendor, ************************, for those unexpected situations that might occur that are covered as outlined in the insurance policy. In the case of your parents reservation, their circumstances did not qualify as a covered trip cancellation based on the travel insurance policy.
Will not use this company again we received confirmation that our room was ready at 1130am we arrived around 245pm picked up our keys get to the condo and still had to wait another 3 hours before the room was even cleaned!! Had a 3yo who was all excited to get changed to swim and had to wait bc couldn't get our luggage out. Then the comforter was dirty .. living room curtains fell off the wall.. security guard told us we couldn't leave our wagon with all the sandy toys outside our door when the Meyer Policy says we couldn't ... read more

I am complaining that Meyer mis-represented the condo to us when they said it was a 4.8 out of 5 star rating. At best, it was 2 stars. Obviously Meyer does not inspect the properties that they represent. Mildewed ceilings, pealing paint everywhere, several doors that did not close properly, a permanent fog within the glass sliding door prevented a view of the water, a strong urine odor at the toilet area, broken tv remote (the only remote for two TVs), rickety "garage sale" furniture throughout, and just a nasty, run down un... read more

rented lei lani in orange beach al. we were suppose to get the keys and be ready. when we arrived at the location the maid actually road up the elevator with to start cleaning, after a 12 hour drive the place wasn't even started to be ready, my wife and daughter in law cleaned the place along with my grand daughter, the place stinks, the fridge was filthy and smells like raw fish, the window over the sink didn't have a blind so when people walked by they were looking straight into on us, we actually put up a beach towel for ... read more
