Katie Gatton has been excellent from the start she has taken care of all our maintenance request and everything has been excellent so far def recommend her to anyone that needs help with a rental or housing.
They will only respond to maintenance issues when it becomes an issue the city will get involved with. If it does not break city code it will be a month before any issue gets resolved.
My experience with Meyer Properties has been nothing but a hassle. Viewed a house - Nick was late - when I called to see where they were after 15 mins past our appointment time - another realtor had to call him and said he wasn’t coming because of traffic. No notice or courtesy call, i had to call them. Put in my application, never heard anything back. Was told Nick would contact me, he never did.
