This was by far the worst renting experience I've had. Maintenance requests were ignored for months. We put in requests for broken blinds, missing window screens, basement outlets that didn't work, and several other issues. There was even mold growing on the basement ceiling. After waiting 4-5 months with nothing being done, I finally had to call the city. Funny enough, once the city got involved, they suddenly started fixing things. The lawn was another issue. Meyer properties was very accommodating to me. The unit I had was quaint and got the job done for my one year living with them. I appreciated the fact that there was in unit laundry. Meyer properties was quick to respond to maintenance requests. Jacob was a great help when I found my apartment and making sure everything was all set for when I moved out!
Meyer Property Group is a great management company to rent from! I rented from Jan 2025-March 2026. During my time there they attended to any and all maintenance requests in a timely(quick) manner. My agent Jacob made sure that I was in the loop, aware of things I needed to be, both with moving in, and moving out!
