Meyer properties was very accommodating to me. The unit I had was quaint and got the job done for my one year living with them. I appreciated the fact that there was in unit laundry. Meyer properties was quick to respond to maintenance requests. Jacob was a great help when I found my apartment and making sure everything was all set for when I moved out!
Meyer Property Group is a great management company to rent from! I rented from Jan 2025-March 2026. During my time there they attended to any and all maintenance requests in a timely(quick) manner. My agent Jacob made sure that I was in the loop, aware of things I needed to be, both with moving in, and moving out! Katie Gatton has been excellent from the start she has taken care of all our maintenance request and everything has been excellent so far def recommend her to anyone that needs help with a rental or housing.
They will only respond to maintenance issues when it becomes an issue the city will get involved with. If it does not break city code it will be a month before any issue gets resolved.
