We have been using Meyer Outdoor Services for 5+ years. They just started as our lawn care. Now we use them for all our yard care, cleanup, landscaping, tree care, snow removal and most recently for a retaining wall replacement. We had a long retaining wall (almost 80 feet) that was falling and needed replacement. They did an excellent job and were able to turn around everything very quickly. I had Timmy do some tree work. Made the mistake of showing him some large beautiful oak trees on the back of my property more accessible from neighbor's land. He lied to neighbor to get access to those trees and cut them down for money in his pocket. Trust him at your own risk. There are many better and honest out there to call. (1)
Zero confusion and I would give zero stars if possible. He lied to a neighbor to get access to my large acreage to cut down many large valuable trees on my property that were more accessible from the neighbor's land. Trust this person at your own risk. Avoid! Many other good companies out there. Nope...there is no confusion. Avoid! A liar and thief. Your 4.0 rating is way too high... out of how many total.. 50?? Zero confusion.
$331 seems pretty steep for mowing and bagging a 0.75-acre lawn while leaving residual late-fallen apples and sticks along the landscaping. I saw the quote as $75/hr, so I expected about a hundred bucks. In fairness, the fine print was clear that it would be for each person for each hour. They billed for two workers for two hours, plus tax. We called to ask if they could pick up the sticks, too (a 15 minute, one-person job), and they said they would have to start a new bill on that one and send more employees. We declined.
