The lady checking temperature and asking covid questions was terribly rude and very unkind to me. I couldn't find the infusion center and I went in to get information. She said she couldn't see how I missed it with all the signs and I told her I didn't see any signs. The person I spoke with on the phone said it was around back and she said that they wouldn't have told me that because they know exactly where it's at. So basically, she called me a liar. I wish I would have got her name. She was at the West Entrance.
