Last week we had our first cleaning and were very pleased! The communication leading up to it was responsive and professional. We got text reminders for our appt and it was easy to text with questions. I do wish they had some type of agreement in place, but after speaking with Austin, I trusted that we were in good hands. The only thing I noticed was that one of the sets of windows in the bedroom wasn’t cleaned, but thats likely due to the fact that this was the first clean and no real routine with the house yet — not a big ... read more
