We had mini splits installed in an 8 plex apartment building by this company and in 2 years we have had 5 of the 8 units fail due to poor installation. We do not recommend them they will not stand behind their work!
The kid that comes out is very rude and very unprofessional
My experience was GREAT. I called on a Friday because my heat was blowing out cold air. Matt was VERY helpful. I was able to get someone out the same day at the time requested, and they were reasonably priced. I used them before years ago when they installed my furnace, but haven’t had any major issues. I will PLAN to start doing better with my maintenance and will definitely be calling for future jobs. THANK YOU again!
