I would not even give this business 1 star, they deserve ZERO. DO NOT use Meyer Climate Control!! Our brand new unit was installed less than a year ago and has stopped working. We had someone come out to check it yesterday and they basically confirmed it was broken and did nothing to fix it. They were supposed to come back to fix it this morning, it is 90° today and they have been ignoring all calls and texts basically ghosting us while we have our dog at home in this heat with no working AC. We had mini splits installed in an 8 plex apartment building by this company and in 2 years we have had 5 of the 8 units fail due to poor installation. We do not recommend them they will not stand behind their work!
The kid that comes out is very rude and very unprofessional
My experience was GREAT. I called on a Friday because my heat was blowing out cold air. Matt was VERY helpful. I was able to get someone out the same day at the time requested, and they were reasonably priced. I used them before years ago when they installed my furnace, but haven’t had any major issues. I will PLAN to start doing better with my maintenance and will definitely be calling for future jobs. THANK YOU again!
