History Established in 1984. The story of Mexico Lindo Restaurant begins in the summer of 1984, when entrepreneurs' members of our family migrated from Colombia to Atlanta. Mexico Lindo first opened its doors in Smyrna, Cobb County, just north of Atlanta. Within a few years, one other location was opened in Cobb County merrily because of our success in bringing authentic Mexican dishes to Atlanta area. Good food, good service, great atmosphere.. Mexico Lindo's churasco steak will melt in your piehole.
The food here is horrible now ! I have been coming here for years and i have always enjoyed the food as well as the service until lately. The salsa is really tomato paste the tortilla chips are stale, my ice cream had frostbite, my chocolate cake wasn't cake it was a brownie. My soup was watered down and had exactly 1 green bean in it . I dare not leave out that it smelled like a porta potty when i first walked in. Do not eat here !
My favorite spot. Margaritas on point and food is delicious! Will be there tonight! Mmmmmmm!
We had a great experience!!! Our server AMANDA WAS GREAT and the food good was AMAZING!!!! Thanks to the entire staff for showing great hospitality! We Will be returning!!!
We visited the one on Austell RD we decided to try the buffet. They didn't have to many choices. Only had one helping of chicken fijatas on the buffet and when I ask if they were going to make more chicken fijatas they told me no they were not putting anymore out. what kind of buffet doesn't have chicken fijatas on it except for one helping also asked about the hot wings and they told me they were not going to put anymore out either. Service was exceedingly great. The waiter was kind and well groomed and the food was excellent.
We must have had the same waitress as mentioned below. Left seated on the patio for time un-end. The other tables wait person came out 3:1 compared to her. Everytime we needed somethimg we had to get up and go find her. On top of that the drinks were horribly made and weak...will not be returning! I will say the guacamole was good although not the freshest I've had at a Mexican restaurant!
The food is not what I remember. The quality and preparation was poor. And the smell of the garbage outside is gaggingly strong. Probably won't go back again.
