I recently stopped by Mexico Lindo, and I wanted to share my honest thoughts, especially as someone who has lived in the Corvallis area for a long time. First off, the service here is consistently great—always prompt, attentive, and friendly, which makes the dining experience pleasant. I ordered a burrito with sour cream, my wife ordered a enchilada with guacamole and sour cream. They brought my burrito with guacamole on it which im allergic to so i sent it back. She argued with me saying i asked for guacamole which clearly i would not ask for guacamole. Brings me another plate and still charged me for both burritos, very rude, crappy service and very unprofessional
Affordable, fresh, warm, classic Mexican lunch, and fast service while I attended a Cascade Christian Writers conference.
Been in Oregon for 22 years, travelled to many cities and towns trying different Mexican restaurants. So far Mexico is by far my favorite. Takes me back to my California roots. Excellent service and great food.
