Drive-thru was a disappointment! The one and only time I tried this Mexican Restaurant I was in a hurry so opted to use their drive through. I was quite disappointed in the quality of food that I ordered. Someone dining in might have a better experience but I would not recommend using the drive through.
This place is so trashy all the workers are trashy looks like meth heads and they do not care about their customers!!!! Or the food that they make!! I went there tonight and ordered nachos with everything on them and they were really stale chips. I got home and noticed this. I called back up there and let them know what was going on and they told me to bring it back and Asked if I get there before nine so I did. Live out town, got food home did not what I paid for. Make sure you double check your order before you leave.
I no longer live in Ozark and thought I would stop by my favorite taco place while I was in town. WHAT A MISTAKE! I ordered a burrito enchilada style and it was so thin that it wouldn't have even filled up my 7 year old. so so so disappointed. Will not make this mistake again. So sad.
Portion sizes and toppings have gotten so small you have to order extra everything to get a normal size. Last 3 visits had to return food. Final straw, found the back of an earring in my food. Not sure if it was in the tostada or the chips. Just Gross. Called the manager, she wanted to replace the food order, but I declined.
RecommendedTo who it may concern: I have made MANY purchases at this location and have never had an issue. Today, I placed an order through the drive through and noticed I received no tortilla chips and after speaking with “Nathan”, asking if they did not include chips with a full meal he replied, Yes, I thought we put those with your order.. when in fact they had not. Food is very good. the cleanliness of the establishment for where u sit and the floors are so dirty. Tables and booths dirty.
This is the third time I have asked for HOT sauce and got burrito sauce. I’m not driving 15 minutes back to set a small cup of hot sauce. Please educate your staff on the difference. It’s not hard.
Thanks for the stale chips and beans in my sancho enchilada style, nothing like driving 15 minutes one way to get the wrong order...
