They thought they didn't bill me yet for one $15 tile. I thought I paid for it with all the other tile I bought that day 2 months ago. Not a big deal that could have been easily resolved one way or the other with a phone call. They never called. They never sent me a bill. Today, 2 months later, I get a PAST DUE notice in the mail....for 15 lousy dollars. After I spent all that money with them. This is how Mexican Stonehearted Tile treats customers.
