I've been a huge fan of Mexican Radio for years. After an awful experience at the Schenectady location I decided to stick to the Hudson location, despite the 1.5 hour drive to get there. My staples are the carne asada fries & seitan chimichanga, both vegan. On my most recent visit yesterday, the carne asada fries came without the guacamole that usually comes on top and the seitan was dry and flavorless. I had the pleasure of dining at Mexican Radio last night with two friends. We all absolutely loved this little gem in Hudson. From the physical plant to the margaritas to the appetizers to the salads to the dinner specials to the service... All superior. What a great night! We will definitely be back!
If you have 5 or 6 hours to wait for your food then it's good.

This is my favorite restaurant! Their Vegan options are outstanding. The food is fresh and creative! The atmosphere feels very Southwest! Reminds me of places out in Tucson, AZ! Everything about Mexican Radio makes me drool...
