Placed a $170.00 take out order and they charged me 20% gratuity without prior informing me that they do this for orders over 100$, nor does it say it on their website. Called to inquire and was told “oh this was an oversight, that 20% covers the staff, they should’ve told you but they must’ve forgotten”. Your staff TOOK money from me without consent. My husband and I love this place. We actually call it “Our Place”. Great food and drinks. Sharon is the best server ever.
