THE BEST EEVRRRRR I eat at Mexican gardens on a regular basis. When you first walk in you can just feel the loving and family spirit. Everyone is so nice and outgoing! The wait on a weekend is nothing more than 20 mins which is probably the fastest for such good quality food. The hostesses are so friendly and helpful and make sure that your needs are met. Obviously you have never been to a GOOD Mexican restaurant.... I went to Mexican Gardens once, and once only. The service was not impressive in the least, nor was the food. They are absurdly overpriced for Mexican food. The food was not fresh, and the chips and salsa disappointing. If you want good Mexican food in the area, try Pancho's (15570 King Rd, Riverview - at Grange Rd) or Tijuana Crossing (2760 W Jefferson Ave, Trenton). Great Mexican Food Mexican Gardens has great food and friendly, quick service. As a regular, I once called ahead, let them know I was short on time and that my cousin and I wanted to dine in. They took my order over the phone and had our table ready when we arrived, you can't get better service than that. They are the best!
Can't Understand the Rave Reviews!!!! I hadn't eaten there in a while but went last Friday in search of a good Mexican restaurant since Chi-Chi's closed, waited for a seat for at least 20 minutes.
Mexixan gardens I just can't get enough of Mexican Gardens! The food's great but their chips and salsa are just out of this world! They just redecorated too and it looks very nice in there. The service is very quick and the food is delicious! Main course could be better

The only negative thing I can say is that they sometimes want to charge for refills on softdrinks - that annoys me - but they don't all stick to that.
Mexican Gardens This is my favorite mexican restaurants. I just love the bean and cheese nachos! They have really good food here and it's a nice atmosphere. The wait staff is all very nice and attentive. This is a great restaurant to go to where the whole family will enjoy themselves and the food!
