Dario is a very skilled at his craft. He asks the right questions. He does a consultation. He asks what are your goals. From there, assesses your body and fine tunes the massage specifically to your needs. It's not just a routine massage. It's dynamic. I had a lot of tension in my back. After the massage, it was gone. Uniquely effective body work experience with Dario. His approach is nuanced and thorough. His initial assessment pointed out misalignments contributing to my pain and I’ve carried this body awareness through my week. He targeted muscles/areas that were overcompensating for my pain points, in addition to the pain points directly, which gave me more relief and range of motion than other massages. He was prompt, professional, and put me at ease. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic massage with Ryan Holbert. He was able to work out a lot of the “crunchiness” in my shoulders and help loosen the hips. Great soothing, relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend!
