Uniquely effective body work experience with Dario. His approach is nuanced and thorough. His initial assessment pointed out misalignments contributing to my pain and I’ve carried this body awareness through my week. He targeted muscles/areas that were overcompensating for my pain points, in addition to the pain points directly, which gave me more relief and range of motion than other massages. He was prompt, professional, and put me at ease. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic massage with Ryan Holbert. He was able to work out a lot of the “crunchiness” in my shoulders and help loosen the hips. Great soothing, relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend!
Very professional service
Great experience with Mexia Massage. Before doing any work Dario took his time to ask me about any discomfort or areas of the body I felt I needed work on. He then completed a body assessment and identified other areas that were contributing to my pain/discomfort and explained how it all ties together. Dario is incredibly knowledgeable and talented in his craft. I’m a body worker myself and he impressed me with an incredible assessment and treatment for problem areas during my visit. His space is clean, stylish, and comfortable. His demeanor is professional, thoughtful, and caring. If I could give more stars I would!
