Mexell Property hired a gentleman to fix the fence. He did a fabulous job for a man that did it by himself. He was professional he spoke. I gave him water cause it was hot outside. He did awesome work my opinion y’all need to keep him on your staff cause he does good work for whatever he charge y’all. it was worth it.
Everyone is super helpful and honest. I just rented a home with them and they definitely made the process easier and smoother than most places I’ve been at. 100% recommend.
Do not rent with them , got approved for a house in Lancaster Tx 75134 the house looked ran down looks like they did put no effort into fixing this property! It’s a 3 bedroom converted into a 4 , told me he was going to put a A/C unit in the 4th room (garage) but he didn’t do it and when I asked him again at signing he said Lancaster tx require permits just to put a window unit in witch is a lie because I have a window unit at my house now and the city don’t say anything to me about it ! , once I did my due diligence after h... read more
Do not rent from this company, he’s kept my money and I didn’t even move in. Houses are are roach infested and he will still try to make you live there in that horrible condition.
*notice how most of the 5 star reviews this place has are from people with one review only (they clearly work for mexxell) I moved into a unit that was vacant for months before I moved in and neither the shower nor bath tub was working properly. It took me 2 months of multiple phone calls as well as mentioning a lawyer for them to finally put effort into fixing it. They don't fix things properly.
