Cannot deliver- They’ve changed to some Foreign two-bit delivery company—that fails. Two orders in a row—undelivered after many weeks. Oh, by the way we were charged for the order. Until they change, don’t buy. We enjoyed their product for several years, but now the company is destroyed.

I ordered a selection of items as a Christmas gift. The items were ordered on 12/06 and still have not arrived. They use a terrible company called uniuni for shipping which is notoriously slow and frustrating. Avoid at all costs.

There is essentially no return policy for anything you buy because they say “on sale” items are final. Well guess what, everything on the site is always on sale. Just know anything you buy is final.

I have loved the brand and their products since I started buying from them but yesterday I had an experience that made me want to support them even more. I have the subscription and get a monthly order. I also tend to buy when they have sales on top of my subscriptions. I purchased some stuff when they did a sale recently and just got them in. I ordered some 50% off underwear from online and they confirmed my order and took the money out. 3 days later, I saw a voucher from them on my bank statement for the price. No one contacted me to let me kniw my order was sold out or that a refund had been made. If I hadn't noticed then I would have just been waiting for a product that never came.
