Kris helped me find housing at a time when I was coming back to school after a hiatus as an older student. The housing options are affordable and if you take the time to get to know her she is just a cool person to know. The location of the apartments cannot be beat and you can literally wake up 15 minutes before class starts and still make it on time. I lived here for a couple years at 211 1/2 MAC Ave. There is minimal care and maintenance. There’s one maintenance lady with a horrible attitude and completely makes a mess. drywall dust covered my ENTIRE bathroom, even INSIDE of my mirror after the maintenance lady, Shawna, came to fix the “drywall in the bathroom” one patch above my toilet was fixed and the rest of the bathroom was untouched.
