Responded to inquiry the next morning and was willing to come out and assess my situation as soon as possible. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He explained in detail the problem and how he was going to deal with it. He set some traps and returned a couple days later to check and remove what was trapped. Living in the woods next to a hay farm is not without its issues but with Metterville Pest Control I can rest assured the pest I live near won't effect my home or family !
