I had the most dreadful experience. I took my ring in to have a diamond replaced and less than an hour after I picked it up the diamond next to that one fell out. Coincidence? When I came back the owner was rude, condescending and unapologetic. He said he recorded my phone call and I accused them of causing the other stone to fall out. He never once displayed any compassion or offer any customer service and said he was not going to fix it for free. They made a necklase for me about 3 or 4 years ago the was just amazing!. They took my Dad's wedding band and added my Mom's wedding band in the center of that and then from the center of that was the Diamonds from her wedding set. I started cryin as soon as I saw it.
