Difficult to even navigate to parts, without being shown all sales and special service offers. When searching a part, it'd umps you into the diagram parts catalog- frustrating
The company had great prices and quick delivery time. The checkout was easy. I received a tracking number by text quickly after the order was processed. At first I was frustrated because it looked like the product was sitting there and not shipped two days later. The parts manager reached out to me to let me know that the product shipped the next day and would arrive as quoted. The issue was with UPS website not updating. Great customer service.
Great service , Metrowest Subaru has a great group of people from sales and management all way to the service department I highly recommend them to whoever is looking for a used / new car and service as well A+++
